I have been a full time Mortgage Broker since 1990 in Silicon Valley in California.  After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree, I worked at Mercury Savings & Loan and First Capital Mortgage.  In 1995 I co-founded Tempo Mortgage.  In 2002 I established Marni Carlson & Associates Mortgage.  In 2005 I incorporated my company as Carlson Partners Inc.

My experience in the financial industry has helped me to analyze my clients loan needs for commercial, residential, bridge loans, developers and fix and flip transactions.  We have numerous niche financing for businesses as well.
